Today I was mostly excited / worried
Excited to see what was going to happen
Worried about being hungry
What I ate and drank today
2 medium size bananas 95 cal (each)
1 whole cucumber 33 cal
2 large carrots 21 cal each
half a green pepper 4 cal
8 radish's 3 cal each
2 large mushrooms 4 cal (each)
8 strawberry 8 cal
1/2 a red onion 33 cal
1/2 a avocado 137 cal
lettuce 10 cal
2 cherry tomatoes 2 each
nakd bar (pecan pie) 156 cal
6 green grapes 30cal
5 blueberrys 1 cal each
4rasberrys 1 cal each
half a apple 27 cal
half a pear 30Cal
5 pints of water
500ml apple juice 220 cal
918 cal
Today was a good day however I am so tired, I got home around 6 and fell asleep for an hour which is not like me. I'm not sure if its the food or if ive just had a busy day but i can deffo say one thing im not hungry :)
